Inglorious Basterds increased its Box Office lead both in Australian and in the USA. On the local market, Tarantino’s film has grossed more than $2m, bringing its total to $6,528,371, registering and average of $7,995 per 266 screens. -

District 9, directed by South African director Neil Blomkamp is currently attracting crowds. With a budget of $30m and Peter Jackson as its producer, the South African/New Zealander produced film has grabbed first place at the American Box office with $37m.
